Inspired by Joey’s love of animals, Joey’s Wings Foundation partners up with Helen Woodward Animal Center to bring pet encounter therapy to children with cancer. We will invite pediatric cancer families to visit the Center at Rancho Santa Fe on September 28th from 10-11:30am. We will visit the PET classroom meeting a variety of animals (dogs, rabbits, birds, reptiles, etc. are options) and then tour around the Center to learn about their programs, meeting a horse and visit the new adoption building which just opened in July.
